Hearté collects only what we need to reserve pieces and complete orders: your name, email, phone, optional Facebook name, and any notes you share.

We use that information to match your Messenger thread, process Stripe Checkout, and fulfill orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on this website.

Hold timers expire automatically. Claim records are kept for order history and bookkeeping. Contact us to update or remove your details where we can.
