Hearté is an online atelier. Adding a piece to your cart holds stock temporarily; confirming creates an order and sends you to Stripe Checkout to pay. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Holds expire if you do not confirm in time, or after the claim hold window if payment is not completed. Availability can change when holds release.

While the site is under construction, catalog pieces are samples for testing the claim flow and are not offered for sale.

Shipping details are arranged on Messenger after payment. Hearté may cancel claims that cannot be fulfilled and will release held stock.
